Course Content:
Understand how to ensure smooth operation of campaign activities, how E-Commerce campaigns in alignment to E-Commerce strategies, how to monitor campaign performance, online mechanics and activities using data analytics, how to feedback via online and social media platforms for customers’ satisfaction and how customer feedback or review from social media platforms or online blog or vlog and forums related platforms
Course Objectives:
At the end of each learning unit, the learner will be able to:
- Conduct review pre-testing outcomes of campaign activities
- Conduct E-Commerce campaigns in alignment to E-Commerce strategies
- Conduct data analytics to monitor campaign performance, online mechanics and activities
- Monitor feedback via online and social media platforms
- Readjust online mechanics and activities, mobile, online and social media platform

Funding & Claims
To be eligible for funding, company-sponsored staff attending courses must be employed by company, and company also contributes CPF to staff.
– Foreigners may attend short courses but are not entitled to course fee subsidy and absentee payroll funding.
– SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit(SFEC) supportable (https://sfec-microsite.enterprisejobskills.gov.sg/home/).
– Absentee payroll claimable ($4.50 per hour).
